I am Ahfton, a wife, mom to 3 kiddos, working RN, and business owner. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, ISSA Certified. I know how hard it can be to feed your family quick, healthy meals! I know how hard it is to "know" what is the best and most effective way to exercise.

I've been present in the fitness world for years but knew there was more to becoming "healthy" than being active, although being "active" is a major component to good health.

I started meal planning when I saw the need for healthy, family friendly meals that are already prepared for you. Always Fresh never Frozen!

I soon come to realize I needed to blend exercise and healthy food options together with a focus on feeling healthy vs dieting for weight loss.


Good tools without a plan is a struggle for some so I added nutrition coaching to help my clients be more successful in their journey to better health.

This is a 1:1 individualized program for those who are serious about getting to their healthiest self.


With this program you get custom macro profile, weekly check-ins, macro adjustments for fat loss/weight loss/muscle growth/reverse dieting, unlimited daily messaging access, customized workout plan specific to your goals.
